Mike began his real estate career at a young age, initially working as a mortgage broker before transitioning to small fix-and-flip projects in the tristate area. Over the years, he has developed a diverse portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties across the United States.
Currently, Mike is leading a major development project in Okeechobee, FL, which will include 1,300 homes and approximately 800,000 square feet of commercial property.
An expert in development, Mike spends most of his time on project management in addition to sourcing new opportunities.
Barry started his real estate career at a young age, initially focusing on fix-and-flip projects. He has since developed a range of single-family and multifamily properties across the United States, gaining experience in multiple real estate asset classes.
Currently, Barry is leading the Okeechobee development with his partner Mike, ensuring the project has the necessary capital to run through completion.
As CFO of the FWD group, Barry oversees a large portfolio of companies in multiple industries and is responsible for sourcing new investments.
Adam began his career as a summer analyst at an early-stage Venture Capital fund, where he conducted deep dives on technology-focused startups.
He later worked as an Investment Banker at HSBC in the M&A group, where he conducted extensive financial analysis and valuation. At HSBC, he contributed to two real estate-focused transactions, and a cross-border transaction involving multiple assets.
Currently, Adam is an associate at The FWD Group & Lakefront Developers, creating financial models for portfolio companies and new investments, along with investor presentations.
Gabriel Blum is an accomplished Asset Manager at Lakefront Developers, where he brings a wealth of financial expertise and strategic insight to the firm’s real estate portfolio.
With a strong foundation in Accounting and Finance from Yeshiva University, Gabriel began his career at two of the Big Four firms—PwC and Deloitte—before advancing to a managerial and senior accounting role at KKR, one of the world’s leading investment firms.
At Lakefront Developers, Gabriel leverages his deep financial acumen and institutional experience to evaluate opportunities, optimize asset performance, and drive long-term value across development projects.
Jake is a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of industry experience.
Jake founded a website development company right out of high school, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise. As the founder and former CMO of multiple tech and marketing ventures, he possesses a deeprooted passion for driving business growth.
Currently serving as the CMO of The FWD Group and Lakefront Developers, Jake is instrumental in implementing strategic systems and processes to fuel rapid expansion and attract both domestic and international investors.
Lea Bachrach brings a strong academic background in business management and finance, complemented by her expertise in entrepreneurship, accounting, and digital marketing.
Her experience in medical billing and leadership at Ahava Medical and Rehabilitation has honed her ability to excel in diverse roles.
Currently, at The FWD Group and Lakefront Developers, Lea drives operational excellence by managing office administration, accounting, social media marketing, and company infrastructure.
